Welcome to Reboot Mental Health Care. These Terms & Conditions govern your registration and participation in the mental health camp conducted by Reboot Mental Health Care.

1. Camp Details

Reboot Mental Health Care is conducting a mental health camp on September 4, 5 and 6.

By registering for the camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Registration Fee

The registration fee for the camp is ₹699 (Rupees Six Hundred and Ninety-Nine only).

Important: The registration fee of ₹699 is strictly non-refundable. Once the registration and payment have been successfully completed, the payment cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Payment

Payments for camp registration are processed through the payment gateway provided on the registration website.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and completing the payment successfully.

4. Registration Information

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Reboot Mental Health Care may contact the participant using the information provided during registration for purposes directly related to the camp.

5. Camp Participation

Registration confirms your participation request for the camp. Participants are expected to follow the instructions, schedules, rules and guidelines communicated by Reboot Mental Health Care during the camp.

Reboot Mental Health Care reserves the right to refuse or restrict participation where necessary to maintain the safety, discipline and proper functioning of the camp.

6. Changes to the Camp

Reboot Mental Health Care reserves the right to modify the camp schedule, activities, venue, timings or other arrangements when necessary due to operational, safety, administrative or other unavoidable circumstances.

7. Cancellation or Postponement

If circumstances require the camp to be postponed, rescheduled or otherwise modified, participants will be informed using the contact information provided during registration.

The ₹699 registration payment remains non-refundable unless Reboot Mental Health Care specifically announces otherwise.

8. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for providing correct personal and contact information and for following all reasonable instructions provided by the camp organizers.

9. Website Management

The registration website and related technical services are handled by Palette Production on behalf of Reboot Mental Health Care.

Palette Production provides website and technical support for the registration process. The camp itself is conducted by Reboot Mental Health Care.

10. Privacy

Information submitted during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and making the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
